London Overground didn't operate out of London Liverpool Street at the time of filming, the date is in the title. It was all Greater Anglia at the time.

Yes it is a great location to see trains. It is a lot busier during the peak times so I would recommend going at these times.

Pretty much every train in this video will be replaced within the next few years.
The 321 still stands but uses every line as a cargo train like the 325
