00:07 rtsp was disable as default on V380 wifi Camera
00:28 Step by step enabling rtsp on V380
00:38 Power off v380 camera
00:50 Open bottom V380 camera
01:05 create ceshi.ini file on microSD card
01:50 Insert microSD contain ceshi.ini file into V380 camera
02:28 Power on V380 CCTV camera
02:47 wait until online on V380 application
03:56 Power off V380 camera and power on again (Restart)
06:41 Check the IP of camera via V380 application
06:44 test to view live V380 CCTV via VLC on laptop
To enable RTSP:
1. Power off camera
2. Insert Micro SD contain ceshi.ini file to V380 Camera
ceshi.ini file contain:
[CONST_PARAM]
rtsp=1
3. Power ON kamera, wait until camera online
4. Restart camera to mount configuration file (mount ceshi.ini)
5. Done.. RTSP has been activated and accessible on:
SD: rtsp://username:password@camera_IP_Address:554/live/ch00_0
HD: rtsp://username:password@camera_IP_Address:554/live/ch00_1

for video conference, you should using web cam or action camera that connected to windows. you can use brica b-pro5 alpha edition or other action camera.
