The other day, I watched a movie called Notting Hill Bakery ☺︎ The colorful sweets in foreign movies are soothing 💓 The matcha mille crepes that appear in this movie 🍵 are key to the story. In the movie, they fail to make them, and there's a line that says, "Japanese people have a lot of free time," which made me realize that the quality of the cakes sold in Japan is high. 65g plain flour
2 eggs
35g sugar
250ml milk
10g matcha powder
15g butter
Vegetable oil as needed
300ml fresh cream
20g granulated sugar
10g matcha powder
3 tablespoons (45ml) hot water
Matcha powder as needed for decoration
