My first Yoga session with you and I was nervous! And as it's Day 3 on Balance (not my strong point) I was also worried. I didn't have to be! You are engaging and very human about poses... phew! Loved it! I'm feeling this is a great way to start my Lockdown Mornings! Porridge , stewed apple and yoghurt breakfast with black tea. Now to install another Mosaic in my home! Perfect warm up for a great day ahead 🥰

Loved this flow! Was a bit of a challenge to stay on one leg for so long but i powered through. Proved to myself I can do it! Loved the standing meditation too! So bad about always sitting for meditation and even often times just to start my flow. Thanks for helping me change it up and starting with “I am”. I reminded myself I am enough. ❤️
Found this only 3 days ago but so far I really love this program. I could really take those balancing poses with a light heart and no judgement. I think the build up with the core on day two helped a lot. I felt super strong and confident and could smile when I dropped out of the pose. You have such a positive and playful presence, Cat. And I love the integration of different meditation styles and journaling. Long time subscriber but I totally missed the yoganuary. Well, I guess I take this as a yogust :D
Really enjoyed this one! It was different and some of the balancing poses were challenging. I usually follow one of your shorter power flows 3x a week first thing in the morning, so I'm really enjoying Yoganuary as the flows are varied and longer than I'm used to :) xxx

I need a lot more practice with balance postures and had to hold on to something almost the whole time, yet this was enjoyable. At times I did surprise myself. Will probably practice with this one again. Thank you, Cat!

That was extremely challenging for me. I’ve never felt such burning in the side of my calf. My anckle was burning as well and I couldn’t hold the poses very long. I did my best haha. My balance is good when I grapple but my fundamental of balance sucks lmao. Hopefully the yoganuary challenge will have more balance flow for me to get better at it!!! Wear a great flow.
Gotta admit, I didn't think I was gonna love this with so much standing... Even winced at an old knee injury rearing it's ugly head! But I feel so good! I let myself fall a couple of times, but still made it. Thanks for another wonderful flow!! 💜 See you tomorrow!
Thanks for this wonderful balance practice. I prefer sitting mediation or child pose over standing, but my balance still needs a lot of work, so that's probably why, ha!!!
Amazing I loved this one I always have a good morning when working training alongside, my balance was needed today so did a balance one, I loved the blog journey of teacher how u started love seeing the blogs so cool and very interesting how u started out, I was years back went to a real hard yoga class and it stopped me re doing it but then 46 years later I see this and it made me change my idea I adore it now and my new learnt moves I got has changed me as a student learning for my body, I was stiff before had a bad milecular tear in knee injury and Yoga is helping me, I thought I wouldn't be able to do fitness as was on sticks for a long period but I've gained movable joints now on my new journey of yoga and amazing having u in my teacher practice every day cat

Viewer since last year, but this is my first yoganuary and I'm really enjoying it! Loved today's standing meditation. I found it a lot easier to still my mind and find my centre compared to seated meditations, would really like to do some more now. Bit wobbly on some of the balances but I will try again. Thanks for another great practice!

Ohhh my balance is so bad! The tree pose sequence was a real challenge for me, but it did get slightly less tricky as we went on. Thanks Cat :)

Cat i did better with the forward warrior and holding my leg and better with the leg out balance today surprised myself
