I think the difference between differential vs incremental is the reference point of full backup. In the differential, when backing up it compares with the initial full back up whereas in the incremental it compares it with the last incremental backup.

Archive bit concept is still not clear. Can u tell if it s set to 1 or 0 on what basis

In incremental what if there is any data added in previous file. How that would be backed up.

Ok, so the last incremental back up will take care of any changes in existing folder and new folder created.
