Here’s a *real* tip for sore throats.
Step. 1- pour the warmest water from taps into a mug
Step. 2- pour in 1/2 tbs of apple cider vinegar
Step. 3-pour in 2 tbs of honey
Step. 4- crush 2 garlic cloves and pop into the drink
Reasoning- apple cider vinegar + garlic are both antibacterials. Honey soothes which makes pain from the antibacterial agents go away (for the most part). The warm water enhances the honey and thins the mixture out, making it easier to drink. You’re welcome.
