- Stage 2 has been shut down since 2023 and all videos I've made since then on Stage 2 are against bots. If you want to see multiplayer gameplay against real players, check out my Evolve Legacy videos that have "Evolve Multiplayer Gameplay" in the title.
These videos are new and have been recorded the day or day before they were uploaded. None of my Evolve videos are old or prerecorded. This includes the stage 2 videos as well.
I’ve only heard of Evolve in sad whispers, so seeing Evolve and 2025 in the same sentence was definitely a surprise
Love the alternative style of glacial behemoth, I think it kinda gives him a bit more room to maneuver around his abilities when compared to standard behemoth. Great content!

evolve as always been a game that interested me, but by the time I could play it (by having my own computer) none of evolve and stage two where availlable.
so having those commentary video fill that itch to experience evolve.
Good stuff on the explanations for the map and why you should target Lazarus. It would be cool if you could also go through your train of thought when you play, like when and why you decide to take a fight or when to try to evolve

Laz actually never rezzed with strikes in legacy. You had to eat the body or get them to expire. Stage 2 he only avoided the strike if they were still downed

Edit 2: Never understood the passive of Behemoth (Glacial included). How does it work?
@@ThGuyOverThere Behemoths passive is armor regen so any armor regen perk you use will be useless because they don’t stack. As for Glacial, not sure his passive but I think it’s armor regen as well
@uhemi09 I wanted to compare the 2 and I saw that Glacial starts with a full stack compared to normal Behemoth (I think it's overtime on certain conditions). That's pretty op taking into account that it's the monster that behaves like a tank class lol.
Do you plan on making campaign videos ?

How do you still play against bots? When I installed stage 2 it wouldn’t let me play at all
@@ThirdNothing Disable nvidia overlay and click okay on the 2k startup message and then training. Click on custom vs ai and done
So, Stage 2 vs Legacy; is that just different patches from the games lifetime?
@@GBugden Both versions are significantly different. Stage 2 has smaller maps, less game modes, less detailed maps than legacy (less bushes, trees, wildlife, overall less of everything pretty much), and power relays are in different positions.
Stage 2 introduced new variants (Quantum Caira, Paladin Parnell, Renegade Abe, and Electro Griffin.
They also have trapper a new ability called the planet scanner which allows trapper to see the exact location of the monster. All hunters can dome the monster now too. Both these changes are in my opinion, terrible because it’s what made the trapper role feel unique. Now that everyone can do what was exclusive to trapper, it just doesn’t feel the same.
A new perk system was introduced and you can upgrade them to different tiers. New modes were added such as Overpowered and Cataclysm.
The hunters also have different abilities. For example, bucket doesn’t have his UAV anymore. It’s been replaced with an ability that recharges everyone else’s abilities. Majority of the supports have shield burst abilities as well.
Overall, stage 2 is fun and I personally like the way the skins look in stage 2 compared to legacy. They pop out more but I still think legacy is better without a doubt.
Both games have their own playstyle. Legacy is more realistic and serious while stage 2 is more arcade styled. What I mean by that is that it’s more casual for players who are just looking to play a quick match and get into the dome fights quicker with less tracking of the monster.
Is there any way to get legacy?

hey mate do u know if 2k games or turtle rock made any statement about evolve 2/3 last year? i mean ANY... it's do fckn frustrating they killed this game
@@Sergio-sp1wo Turtle rock doesn’t have the rights to Evolve anymore and I doubt 2k will make a new game. Such a missed opportunity because the game is a lot of fun
The only reason id get a pc is to play this 😢🥹
