夏の時期に行った函館の知内町の矢越と言う民宿で出る海鮮料理のウニも凄いよ。料理の味も良いけど、宿泊代金が安くて民宿のおばさんが凄く親切で気持ちが良かった。来年も必ず行きます。

コロナ終わったら必ず行きます！
今年の7月に山一さんに行ってきましたよ。安くて豪華で最高でした。焼きホッケしか食べたことない私にはホッケの煮つけにビックリ。味付けの良さは抜群で大満足。４泊中１番の飯でした。また行きたいけど次回は道東を目指しますので、またいい店見つけたいです。私の動画の北海道ツーリング②の１２分過ぎに載せました。北海道最高！
この動画で山一を知り、先月末宿泊してきました!カニは半身ですが食べごたえ十分で大満足です!

これ札幌だと、食事だけで、宿泊代越えますね。
一寸、心揺らぎましたが、これだけの御馳走がいっぺんに出てくるということは、十分くらいで食べきらないと、冷めてしまうのでは？と心配になりました。
そのお店に伺った時、同じ内容で対応して頂けますかね？
最近、テレビだとACに苦情が殺到する内容が多いみたいですけど。
教えたくないのに、教えるぐらいだから是非とも伺いたいです。
私は三重県在住ですから、なんじゃこりゃ……ってなるのが心配で。
多分この宿で一番高いプランなので、それで予約すれば同じ内容だと思います😁もちろん仕入れによって魚などの食材が多少変わることもあるかとは思いますが品数は変わらないと思います。10年前とも変わってませんから☺️

北海道のたこは、基本的に水分の多い水ダコですからねぇ。
こういう食べ方に向いてますね。
マダコだと小さいし硬くなっちゃいますしね。
近くだと北乃宿って所の料理と泉質が良かった記憶
はまぐりじゃなくてシロガイです。
