Hollyweird needs Meat more than he needs them. With TH-cam he doesn't have to sell his soul, degrade himself, give a majority of his earnings to an agent or producer-- I'd say he's winning as is. i like the detail of them not being able to understand what theyre saying. they seemed too lazy to really attempt to learn the language, so they got equipped with a built-in google translate rather than just absorbing the knowledge of how japanese works as a language. you reap what you sow
They'll be forced to really learn now. They'll have to maove to Japan permanently in order to function in society, and there they'll gradually learn the language by osmosis.

Idk man, I actually think it doesn't make any sense at all, so the horror didn't really hit for me. When they're speaking they're communicating their thoughts so of course they would be able to understand what they're saying, it would just be coming out as Japanese. It makes sense if they don't understand each other, but not being able to understand what you're saying? I just don't understand how that functionally works.
