I sorta think that was Bakugou. It seems like there's a whole other side if him now. I think the ghost, (or even if it was that) was a part or side of Bakugou that is now dead. Like dead as in no longer there a part of Bakugou that he wanted dead so he could become what he is now.

Holy macroony! That ending was a genius idea! Idk if it's actually an idea or not but my theory is that at the end evil bakugou was doing a trick once he found out that deku switched from another universe so he used it to trap the evil deku by putting him in his room with the idea to Protect the other one, if that what was it, that was a genius idea, this is actually the first time I actually commented on bnha gacha skits lol, keep up the amazing work!!
