There's a tracker to how many packs you open in a collection event if that event is ended how is it gonna track you actually bought all 24 packs you see what I mean you might be bought 24 but the tracker for the heirloom pack doesn't register because it's not there so it's not an EA moment at all your failing to realize that one crucial detail
it's kinda what streamers on Twitch generally also do with Twitch Prime subs. "if you got Amazon Prime you got a free sub waiting to be used" meanwhile i purchased prime because it was cheaper to sub that way than using an actual sub, so it wasn't "free"

Respawn and Apex Legends is prolly the nicest guy in Rewarding a Free-to-play game, you get free pack while playing the game without spending a cent and still got a decent looking skins. i'd 2 legendary skin from the event and heirlooms too, even the battlepass is one time investment 😂unlike other game that requires transaction on every season of their BP
Ill never forget playing for ten seasons, finally getting the heirloom color on a pack, and my game crashing before it showed the shards. I did not recieve them and the pack disappeared into oblivion. Never spent a penny after that.

I was on vacation when Valk's heirloom event was going on, I logged on and purchased all the packs but waited until I was home to open all the packs on stream because I track my drops. Low and behold I never received that heirloom and still do not have it. I rage quit for a few seasons after that.
This actually happened to me for the original REV heirloom, didn’t open any of the event packs until after and yep you got it, NO HEIRLOOM. Obviously I contacted support and they did absolutely nothing, which is when I vowed to never spend another penny on this game ever again 😅
