The same mark on taehyung , woman & the sculpture showcasing how he conjured up everything ,The dark persona reminiscent of this fact And what stood out to me most was how perfectly Taehyung emoted the moment of realisation . V the sculptor made V the statue (of himself). V sculptor, who is himself alone and lonely, must be projecting his own desires to be with someone in his V statue. Or he could be a loner, seeking to live/happiness but doesn’t know how. This desire breathed life to his creation and when the V statue came to life, he created a female statue, imagined living the life, ie, going around, feeling the wind, being awed by other lives (like the butterfly), partying, being with a girl, even celebrating a birthday. But that will end, and thus the heartbreaking sadness in V’s eyes when he realized he is not real. This is when you see the girl disappearing and even his face in the mirror partly turning into stone. The sculptor V is bloodied. This may relate to the scene where he showed frustration and broke some of his works in the workshop, or is reflecting his own brokenness. The scene where V was scratching his undereye is also projected in his sculpture of himself. This is what I think at least. Right or wrong, the MV is brilliant. How can a person be this perfect!! as taehyung blew out the candles, he was transported to reality and the scene shifted from the warm banquet hall to the cold wilderness. and yet after a moment of confusion, he accepts the change and continues dancing. until.. he cant. the denial becomes too hard to maintain...this is such a fascinating sequence and such a stellar work of filmmaking and editing!

I don't know how to explain but for me Tae is living in a beautiful, luxurious place, he has everything he wants but at the same time he's so lonely, longing for real people, friends aound him and for the one he can love. Only through his sculptures he can feel that he's not alone. But even then it's like a bittersweet dream because at the end he's back to that wonderful but gloomy palace where he's living. It's like a sad but beautiful fairy tale about loneliness and companionsip. In our mind, our imagination we can find everything we dream but at the same time we have to confront the world outside and the people around us. It's an amazing concept, so wise and adding to this soothing voices and comfy jazz music... It's magical and so V.

I don't know how to explain but for me Tae is living in a beautiful, luxurious place, he has everything he wants but at the same time he's so lonely, longing for real people, friends aound him and for the one he can love. Only through his sculptures he can feel that he's not alone. But even then it's like a bittersweet dream because at the end he's back to that wonderful but gloomy palace where he's living. It's like a sad but beautiful fairy tale about loneliness and companionsip. In our mind, our imagination we can find everything we dream but at the same time we have to confront the world outside and the people around us.
It's an amazing concept, so wise and adding to this soothing voices and comfy jazz music... It's magical and so V.
