just for neglecting Rs 500 /- we have to pay a huge amount

Bhai, can you please help me, gixxer 150 basic model 2015, I want to buy engine block assembly where are you buy this block piston assly in this price. Or can you please tell my bike has noise issue I opened the bike on local workshop he told that your connecting rod want to replace. Can you tell after replacing rod I want to assemble new block piston or purane see he ho jayega? Please let me know

Agar bike or chalana hai kuch saal and pareshan kar rahi hai tho showroom main he dedo so that kaam ki warranty rahegi but kisi bade showroom main dena.
Cost was high.....block piston comes in 2200 from service center and clutch plate costs around 1100. As per my knowledge it should have been done under 10k- 11k max with labour

My gixxer sf engine oil level decresed from upper mark to lower mark in 500 kms Or so. So i am planning to get my engine open at service centre
I want to ask weather the bikes pick up or top speed decrease after engine opening or not as the current fix is company finish. So please ask your friend weather he feels same power of gixxer after the engine work?
Won't change much, it's just a perception that it'll drop in performance. Genuine parts and good work won't deter performance but the bike can never attain factory condition as other parts are still old.
Hellow sir. My gixxer 150 piston rod was broke and it is not available here in Philippines separately from camp shaf. Thay set it is assembly.
How much km was the bike runned
95% owners in India don't know how to care motorcycle maintenance. No big deal.
No pristine method of opening the engine and rebuilding. Local mechanics are local mechanics with local standards.

Sir i need a help for my bike suzuki gixxer sf sir meri bike ka half engine ki bar bar problems ari h maine har jaga se thik kra kar dekh liya 2 4month chalti h then same issue sound and engine oile khtm ho jata h bike me or piston khrb ho jate h jab ki mai bike b jada use me nahi leta hu or 30 to 50 days me sarvice kra leta hu 400 500 km pr hi sarvice ho jati h meri kyu ki jada chalata nahi
Very good job Himanshu.. I have a question, My Gixxer 155 cc I recently done service , & authorized service person said your engine need to repair ..& it cost 16k.. because of oil not changed for long..
As per now, I found only sounds & chain sounds coming while driving.. it working good.. he just did general services.. and ask me to do repairs soon.. So I just wanted to know is it find if I repaired engine will it worthy it or should I buy new bikes interns of value.. please advise
Its upto you 16k or more preferable to buy rather than a new bike 😊 if the service was done on time as per service manual and still the engine would need repair it would be done free when under warranty. 😊

Gasket maker is enough I think.. because even the manufacturer does not use a gasket there... Just engine gasket maker.

Buddy i had the list and the video is quit old.. I cant Guarente but the engine bore setup with piston setup (excluding connecting road) costed around 3000 rupees and remaining i dong know this info is what i remmber at the time of shoot.

Motul 3000 and 5100 is not good for the gixxer engine.

The engine was seized at 13000km and the reason was that my Friend dint changed the engine oil

Bajaj uses few low graded cost engine parts for cost cutting. Honda ,Suzuki and Yamaha are durable engine.
@@MercuryVlogs Now Bajaj also use Japanese parts like Clutch from FCC Japan, Piston rings from Riken corp. Japan, Piston & cylinder kit from Usha/ Mahle. Even timing chain is from Rolon. So you can see new gen Pulsars are more reliable than before. Only bad thing about Bajaj is poor quality inspection.
@@struggler5960 You seems to be quit close to bajaj as the info you have is really good. yes its has poor quality inspections and all parts are not from japan. There are few parts where they buy from other party from india the smaller one who's function are not indulging in the process. like polymer oil pump gear and etc. but thanx for your info brother
