So signing up for the mailing list is dangerous...lol! One thing I have done differently this year is not buy everything as soon as it's release. I am waiting for Kim's birthday sale which is soon and Black Friday. So I have a huge wish list but my top three are the new Foundation Bible Studies, Books of the Bible card games and the new student planners. Not Consumed is such a blessing!!
I have 11 kids, 10 of which can participate in these studies, so I just would LOVE a discounted family bundle for each of the studies. It’s $45 per study for us for 1 month of material to print myself… hard to do 1 study a month!
You may want to try doing it as a group. You can get the teachers guide and do the study all together instead of getting each kid there own. You also could possibly reach out to the company and see if they ever offer bulk discounts. Im not sure if they do but it’s worth an ask.
We don't write in ours. We use it as a reference and write in a separate notebook. I bought one for each level (parent, youth, junior), by the way. It's cheaper than buying a ton of them AND doing it this way they're reusable over and over again!
I got the foundation bundle of 5 books and that is going to be our Bible curriculum for first grade🎉 it is good enough to give my child an understanding of the bible and God for his age😊
They have so many great resources. We are just getting into our first study but I have really liked their prayer journal for myself. I have my eye on many other things, including the homeschool planner.
@@LifeintheMundane We bought 1. God’s Story Old Testament 2. God’s Story New Testament 3. Work Unto the Lord 4. Obey 5. My Brother’s Keeper There is so much more that I want, but this is a great start. I bought the Old and New Testament because we are also using the International Children’s Bible Field Guide next year and I think they will work really well together.
@@LifeintheMundane that’s great to hear. I prayed about finding the best tool for individual Bible study. I love that we can then come together to discuss. I am confident that these studies will bless our family.
I love her take on planning!!! I didn’t know they had studied from the missionary stories!!! I’ve bought studied for these books form the Ywam online store!!!
I liked your recommendation about doing the studies on our own and then getting together to have a conversation about it while we all learn the same topic. I will definitely do this with my son when he is older and have the parent book and his according for his age ❤
We just bought the siblings pack and are excited to dive into that next month. I haven't used not consumed before but just saw all the wonderful things to offer. I saw your earlier videos and felt we needed that for our Bible time. Great video covering so much.
I love Not Consumed! We're going to start homeschooling next school year. I've been looking into getting the planners so thank you so much for the info!
I've been wanting to try out their materials, but I wanted to see more of what's inside the studies before making a purchase. Thank you for showing the inside of so many resources. I love that they don't include the verses in the actual packets!
Great review! I'm so excited to use this next school year. Though I'm not sure i got the prek with my kit,I ordered it several months ago. Those look so cute. Also,I always appreciate your well spoken and concise videos. To the point!
Thank you for sharing your Bible resources quick question in your experience to start off any suggestions on bible translation for elementary and middle school ?
Bought the missionary study last year & we didn't get through even one😮💨 I'm a sidetracked mess. Would you have a suggestion on how best to do it with the audiobooks? Would like to go through it faster than what their lesson plan says
So if you have littles (primary level), do you do the parent guide on your own and then meet with your kids and read their copy to them? Or is there reading in the parent guide that you read to your kids? I'm a little confused on how it works with the parent guide and separate books for little ones who can't do it independently.

I got the Old Testament Faithipedia for next year. I’m excited to try it out and then probably at some point we’ll get some of the Bible studies. 😊
We have the New Testament one and we love it

Yes I love the prayer journal for myself
I ordered 5 of their Bible studies , 3 levels for each. They are being delivered today, and I am so excited.
That’s so exciting which ones did you get?

Thank you so much for doing this video. I bought one of their studies and loved it. I had no idea they had so much other stuff.
So glad this helped

Yes. They purposely leave it like that so you can use your preferred translation, which I appreciate 😊

You can just read out of the primary book to your child. The parents book is not needed
@@LifeintheMundane Thank you!
I urge you to look into what you are actually saying when you refer to children as the L word.
Hint: gross "adult" stuff!!
