Relate much. Im also nervous when i started working in nursing home here in singapore. You are lucky your colleagues are supportive. My colleagues are not all supportive to me. Kung sino pa kalahi mo sila pa ang bully, but not all. Iyak ako ng iyak nung nagstart ako. But didnt give up. 11 years nko dto, i made it! From hca to staff nurse. Now i work in hospital and hopeful to work in new zealand too.

Nurses are poorly paid in NZ (about half of other countries) and you are basically a glorified nurses aide
