    Good Luck at Holkham mate, i'm sure you will smash it, you've been really consistent with training and uploads so it will hopefully all pay off! Any advice for someone doing their first triathlon(sprint) in a couple of weeks ? i haven't done much swim training at all, but am very confident on the bike as i've just completed a 200 mile event and also run a fair amount for cross training. Cheers!

      Sorry I missed this mate and hopefully just in time for your race but keep it nice and steady on the swim, just get it done calmly and get in the bike without spiking heart rate too much, then just tick off the miles but fuel well before and during your race! Let me know how you get on!

      @@Tomridesandruns Don't be silly! you've been super busy, just watched your latest vid, sucks about the toothache at holkham but what a way to rally and get the job done at Ironbourne! cracking effort! well done mate. And thanks for the tips, i'll be mindful on the swim and try not to swallow too much of that delicious water in the river Thames 😅 the event is next weekend so i'm just practicing transition in the back yard and having a taper week haha!
