I've been doing basically this build for a while now. Difference is:
- I go offlane. Not a fan of going mid, especially when there are better heroes for it like Zeus, Silencer, or Sniper.
- I usually go Tranquil Boots for regen and speed. With invis, you can take the time you need to recover quickly between fights.
- I usually grab Aghs after Dagon 1 and Aether Lens. This is because I don't go mid so I don't buy bottle and I need mana.
- I grab Khanda after Aghs, starting with the phylactery. This enhances the damage I can do.
- Late Game, I grab Travels for speed and positioning. After that is when I grab ethereal blade, since it can prove a problematic item for my team or myself in some cases.
It's a functional build, but as has been noted this game feels very low MMR due to the massive lack of vision the other team has. In most games I'm in I rely on playing around the edge of fights, picking off weaker enemies or disrupting big ults instead of trying to roam and gank since that's just asking to get dusted and burst down. Playing BH with this kind of setup is all about supplementing your team; don't expect to go on any big kill sprees and do expect to have a lot of assists, but it can seriously win games hard if you know what you're doing and play around things like Manta and BKB and/or pick off unsuspecting enemies. Had a Luna I played against who had just utterly destroyed my team in the last game, she got completely shut down by my take on this BH build because she kept trying to push alone and didn't carry dust or a gem.

Hey I'm really new to dota... I can't play that good but ik moba games... I usually go for khada pretty much 90% of the games but sometimes i don't go for it because when u go khanda and use TRACK then the enemy gets aware cause of the damage... Usually they don't look at status bar so using TRACK without khanda works well.... Though i think this won't be relevant in HIGH MMR gameplays
