Your video was helpful but the product is bunk ~ when I connect the adapter with SD card it does not load images to my phone. Am I doing something wrong?
It also might be something with the memory card. Incompatible format maybe? Have you reached out to the manufacturer for support? That's where I would start.
Thank you so much for your response ~ I have a IPhone 14 and I ensured the settings were correct per the instruction card. I also tried it on my lap top and photos didn’t load.
Hello again 🤗 I did reach out to the manufacturer via email but have not heard from them yet. Great idea on the memory card I will try another one and see if those photos will load on my phone and lap top. Thank you for your kindness and quick response ☺️

What kind of phone? I was using a one plus android OS. If I remember correctly, some phones needed a setting flipped on. It was in the instructions.
