It's been 5 years since Infinite was revealed via the "Enter Infinite" trailer, and I thought I'd do something special to celebrate it. So, have a mashup of Infinite's theme accompanied by a video that has the most effort put into it out of all of my videos. I hope you enjoy as this was really fun to make.

How...how did I never notice this? The way that Infinite's theme represents each minion.
"I am the tallest of mountains" (Zavok, as he can become a giant and is quite tall)
"I am the roughest of waves" (Chaos, obvious reasons)
"I'm the toughest of terrors" (Metal Sonic, who is often one of Sonic's toughest opponents)
"I am the darkest of days" (Shadow, being the dark warrior in both mindest and coloration)
You just exploded my brain
So Infinite must be a mix of all those villains.
I wish sega would have used Mephiles instead of Shadow
Shadow is also the darkest of days in origin. Part Black Arms, after all.

Infinite is in my opinion The Best Antagonist in Sonic series (i dont know everything about everyone so i can be biased this is just my opinion)

As a man who thought Infinite was cool (yet was wasted in a so called game called Sonic Forces) this is a perfect mashup that really makes me think of Infinite and makes me that little bit scared. That's what a villain theme should do. And you captured captured that perfectly my friend. +1 subscriber

Thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoyed the mashup! Being a writer, I have a certain sense of how things should be themed for what characters. I guess that sense kind of carried over to here where you can really hear both the anger and the desperation in the mashup lol

Man the vocals of all these versions compliment each other well and make it sound like a digital altering, which is fitting for infinite’s theme. And Infinite’s voice lines as well? Real nice job here! You expect Infinite to return in Frontiers?

As much as I REALLY want him to return, I 99% doubt they'll ever bring him back unless the fandom were to collectively protest bringing him back. Forces got a lot of hate, and because of that, I feel like SEGA would probably try their hardest to distance themselves as far as they can from it, which includes Infinite. Plus, with the reveal of Sage, it's an even slimmer chance that he would return, unfortunately.
Hopefully in the future, SEGA will bring him back. He genuinely deserves a second chance in my eyes.
@@superplex25 I have a few theories among all that you brought up:
1. Even though Forces sucked it’s very apparent that most fans LOVED Infinite’s character, just make his boss fights tougher
2. Sage is a new character but she seems very digital and in control of the mech titans, and Infinite / Phantom Ruby are very digital. Not to mention that the two characters are also VISUALLY similar: red cubes / tech, white hair, black outfit, one eye visible
3. The starfall islands are an ancient land, and with Sage being what’s left I suspect this land is where the phantom Ruby originated
4. Sage is warning Sonic to leave for some reason, I see two routes. Sage knows Infinite is in the background because of his connection to the Ruby and is trying to get rid of sonic to appease him, or Sage is unaware and has her own agenda but after being defeated is weak enough for Infinite to take over and reveal himself
Could be seen as reaching, but with how digital and visually it seems like the Phantom Ruby is going to be involved in the plot, and if the Ruby is I feel Infinite could likely be involved as well
@the dragonmagi I don’t recall that but you could be correct. Even so did they mention who invented it or where it came from? Because we definitely know Robotnik didn’t make it
@the dragonmagi they doubled back in the comic prequel they released then because Eggman literally just finds it outside his tower and declares “prepare to be researched jewel!” After it shows him Eggmanland.
From Sonic’s perspective it’s definitely easy to see why he’d think it’s an invention of Eggman’s, and maybe Eggman wanted credit for it so he just started calling it his invention after he found it? Who knows. I think even in the Shadow dlc it mentions in the Jungle level that Shadow can’t interrupt the analysis being run in the facility and that “At least the research on the stone was completed yesterday”

@the dragonmagi lol sometimes I’ll do it just to be funny or appease people, but it’s not often.
Eggmanland is Eggman’s ultimate vision. If you look at Sonic Unleashed he actually succeeded in making it for the most part. He wants the whole world to be his carnival / industrial / robotic empire with everyone serving him. His ideal vision is almost always referred to as “Eggmanland” or “The Eggman Empire”
Infinite’s theme is so good… it’s like it reflects the character himself.
If we ignore the shadow dlc 😭
If there is one thing all of us can agree on, its that this guy has a badass theme song.

@@0vxx I think how they should’ve made the story is infinite, would learn to control the Ruby, how he would lose the shadow is because he doesn’t know how to fully control the phantom Ruby yet And being called weak, could actually have a lot of potential with infinite having a big ego or i’m going to create a short flashback infinite had a best friend that got killed off so it was him against the world then he created the jack squad a team for committing crimes
Safe to say I got goosebumps from start to finish because I KNEW that this would be Fire ! One of my favourite Sonic songs got the perfect treatment for a character who needed some more development. His presence is within everything piece of music in the edge lord master-class

Yeah I was hoping Nate would be here and it was CG5, him, and the original version but no sadly.
Unfortunately, NateWantsToBattle's version didn't work, which is why it didn't get included.
Infinite is the closest Sonic has had to having their own Frieza. That stance speaks for itself.
Just wasted potential, unlike Frieza.
@@pramusetyakanca1552 tbf it did take them like 10 years to do anything with him in Super and over 4 hours of filler to see him in action in dbz. A frontiers DLC is all it'd take for him to be cool again.

This mashup encapsulates what Fox felt going against Infinite: sheer terror and awe at his magnificence. His ability to warp reality, match Sonic-somewhat-and just being a fucking badass.

I like how you connected the first four lines to Infinite's copies.
I don't think I'll ever be able to listen to the regular version again.
Possibly the potential as the last boss, his cruel birth and the painful past from the military police days to the night thief.
And a proper connection with the avatar.
From those initial plans, he changed course after being hired by Eggman, and after being kicked by Shadow, he changed course to an idiot whose pride was broken, and on top of that, Super Sonic vs Perfect Infinite was originally planned. Even though I said it in an interview, it was too lax and it was used so badly that it was officially dead after replacing it with a colors robot + death egg stupid robot.

This is truly the best mashup to Sonic Forces' Infinite Theme I ever wanted to find that would have the same tune as the original. >w< As I checked the playlist of the versions you used to make this, I noticed that NateWantsToBattle's version isn't part of this mashup. Kind of a bummer, but as I looked the comments here, I read one saying that you couldn't add that version due to the altered lyrics to it even though you did added it in before and didn't fit in well with this mashup.
That's okay to know, but I recall finding a old YT vid of the Infinite theme being mashed up with Nate's that had the same tune to the original and was no problem to me when I first heard it. Too bad it got removed for some reason and I've been trying to find out if someone else could make a mashup like the one I'm referring to with the proper adjustments in having Nate's version being the same the original. Not sure if you tried to have Nate's version match the tune of the original despite the lyrics being not being all "linked", but thought of sharing what I know of with this mashup I remembered long ago.
