Ik this is a year ago, but in order to tame it you have to defeat the trapper fortress first and you will eventually find it captured and In order to tame it, feed it fish. You're welcome😊

After you do that mission to get a better score. It took me around three tries to figure out how the flying system works with the race and grabbing the sheep.
