Watching their guide is great step. As they do extensive harmony, doubling and adlibs, when you start to recognize each member's voice, you can enjoy their music a lot more 👍 all vocals, all visuals with great on/off stage personalities. 🤡

When you said Joy would be the Main vocalist in another group. That's such an SM group thing tho. I don't know where they get their monster vocals members from that the members relegated to lead and sub positions would be so good they'd be the main in other groups. SM's water really is water 😂

OH MY GOODNESS YES YES YES!! I am so glad that you reacted to this, this has to be the BEST guide no kidding because a lot of the others pretty much leave a couple of the Members out! Also just to add on is that Irene is considered to be a Vampire because she literally does not age whatsoever seriously check out their Debut Happiness she is the one with the pink hair and she has not changed, also she is known for really liking Wendy's butt for some reason WenRene for the win (and at 6:10 that Girl is MoonByul from another Girl Group who I think you might like their name is Mamamoo!) Also Seulgi is considered to be a Dancing QUEEN and she could literally be a Main Vocalist in any other Group as you can see, also she is a Girl Crush because WOW you'll see later on what I mean! Wendy is just a mixture of a Siren/An Angel/A Goddess all in one her Vocals are just superior you should really listen to Like Water and When This Rain Stops from her also that moment where she is singing on the stage with that suit and her white hair she actually sang "Ooh girl come and light me up" and not only that but not that long ago she said something about having either a Boyfriend or a Girlfriend not sure you can look it up! Joy is a literal Disney Princess her Vocals are just WOW and her Visuals are just something else just like you said she would be a Main Vocalist in any other Group, she also is considered to be the Girl in the Rainbow Dress because Wow her in that dress is just LETHAL and as you heard she is also called Sexy Dynamite! And Yeri is very underrated as a Rapper, Vocalist, and a Visual because again WOW she goes OFF when she Raps her Vocals are literally like Cotton Candy so soft and sweet and her Visuals are absolutely INSANE I still can't get over the Bad Boy era because Wow that short hair and that whole look on her is again LETHAL!! Anyways I can't wait for you to react to more Red Velvet such as more Music Videos, B - Sides, Live Performances, Covers, Dance Practices, Moments, and of course Ships! I can't wait for more content from you and I hope that you are doing well and staying safe and healthy!

If you ever need any good videos I can totally help you out with that if you need it, also actually Girl Groups are really Amazing they aren't as cutesy as you think and they are themselves always pretty much if anything back then they were kind of like that but not much now they are their Adorable/Funny/Talented selves! RED VELVET is such a powerhouse, only group that I can compare it is DREAMCATCHER all vocalist, all visuals, all incredible dancers and practically all of them can rap too. These groups are so good that they can get away with singing ANY kind of music.

Red Velvet is the only kpop I listen to. I just got into it at the beginning of October after finishing Joy's dramas. It feels like I've done a crash course on kpop these last 8 weeks.
I think I read somewhere that a firecracker or something blew up close to Joy's face and that's why she jumps. So good call on the trauma.
Don't be sorry about dropping the drama... I dropped that drama halfway too. Anyway, Joy's new drama will air later this month, 'The One and Only'. It's a heavy one but yknow, just giving you a heads up as a fellow luvie heheh *winks
As for Yeri, she has just started acting this year. The clip shown in the video is from the drama special, 'Mint Condition' and she has another one which is a web drama called 'Blue Birthday'!

felt i should respond to your comment about girl groups and the cutesy thing:
there’s rarely any girl groups if any at all that do that forced cutesy voice and personality; a lot of these female idols are young so they’re bound to sound and look,, young. it’s natural for a group to do a softer concept for a mv and song but in general their personalities are usually genuine just like any other boy group would be.
a lot of boy group fans assume that kpop girl groups are the same thing as typical jpop idol groups and that’s where it turns into a stereotype. it’s unfortunate bc kpop girl groups aren’t like that at all and it all comes down to being uneducated and meshing the 2 together which doesn’t make sense bc they’re very different. japanese idol groups have their own systems that are very different from korean idol groups, it just takes one kpop girl group to make a happy song and people just kinda assume they’re the same thing even if they prove otherwise throughout their careers with various genres and concepts because they’ve already been labeled as cute childish girls.
imo i just don’t get it, if we can hype up ariana grande and little mix i don’t see why we can’t have the same expectations for a korean female artist or group. same thing with boy groups that do softer concepts, it’s somehow only a problem when it’s women doing it.

They are a pretty great group. No doubt. You're going to love digging into their B-Side songs. You won't have any idea as to what's going to happen next. As for compilations and what not, the clips at the end of the video are from a series called "Red Velvet a mess" by bubbleflexe. The editing is done pretty well. First chunk of episodes are pretty short, but they get longer as you go.
