I don't know but the first version in the opening theme of Mais Al Reem seems a way better than this, this feels like an immature band trying to play it, of course, no offense but I really love the melody and the orchestration in the main version, I love Ziad making more like the first one
@@bacharmerkabaoui1868 I agree to some extent but don't forget most of the songs Fairuz sang and recorded were live shows and the quality of the orchestra was great and fine-tuned but these days we don't hear that quality maybe it's a sound engineering problem but it's crucial to the listener.
Slwan Kadbeh I see clearly your point, only everyone would fall unconsciously in the comparison’s trap. If you didn’t hear the first one, you would’ve loved simply this. Anyway I agree with you, the old one is simpler no extra frills, concise and most importantly it carries nostalgia values. This is my humble opinion. God bless.
They shouldve made us listen to these songs everyday in school.

This track was record live in 1986, just in case someone hear it and think it's modern record, thanks for upload :)

basically there's a big difference between listening to live perferomed melodies and recorded ones

It’s the worst version of Mais el Rim, the spirit of the melody is lost. I prefer the first version .
