For reference...I haven't had a MX bike since my 2003 YZF250....I think it's time to get back out there
Can for sure give it a try maybe make it more easily controlled by tuning the engine a bit :)
How much did you like the auto logging? Does the KTM app do map uploads faster.
Btw. get that info with the maps known to ktm they need a little nudge in Mattighofen..
Good short and to the point review. Sounds like the Austrian bikes are back on track. Maybe a 2nd shootout with the Factory Editions and Beta.
ML you really do the best bike reviews of all the outlets mate. Keefer is a close 2nd. Your honest assessment of the app and only feeling minor differences in character changes helped me decide to stick with my current Rockstar edition. I was curious to hear about the supposed airbox/ intake revisions in the new KTM's and Huskys that have been mentioned in some of the new literature- can you shed any light or did you hear anything about it?
It's just supposed to be for durability reasons by going to one material across the full airbox and boot, the actual design for performance is the same. - ML
CUO can be retrofitted so maybe no point for a new bike, there are more things coming… 😊
Meanwhile i simply can’t think of anyone that wouldn’t feel say the engine breaking especially on a 450. Hope there is no weirdness with the map.
A you put the tank shroud on the original 23-24 model bike ? Or are the frame mounts stopping you to swap to the rockstar edition style.?

Man I like the front section of the pipe. When blurred in the background looks almost like a big 2T expansion chamber.
Is the ride height lower than the same KTM Factory Edition
It's the same as the KTM, only the standard production Husqvarnas are lower.
When uploading a new map does it go to map 1 or map 2
What was the settings on your clickers? Bike looked so balanced in this!

Does the 2024 GasGas MC450 Factory Edition get the new frame?
Yes. Usually all the factory editions get the newest. I do think though the GG still running the all aluminum sub frame though.
