I think it’s much more likely that they are personifications of her, not necessarily her herself, but more like…they channel her energy in a way. So they’re probably connected to her to an extent that I’m not able to discern, as I do not know them. But saying they are reincarnations of her may be slightly improbable, but I guess it’s not impossible.
