Was the dough soft? Make sure it’s firm when you form balls. Next time keep them in the fridge for 15 mins and then fry them. Don’t move them around too much while frying. Hope this helps. ♥️

Humna I tried your recipie but my gulab jamuns broke ...when I was kneading the dough I felt like the dough is too sticky because of milk although I just added 1/4 cup milk ...so to avoid sticky dough I added more milk powdee to get a proper texture of dough everything went well but when I added them in chachni they just got 2 times bigger in size and broke ...what do u think ...what could be the reason?
1. You should’ve added equal amount of Maida and milk powder if dough was too sticky 2. Flame should be off when adding gulab jamun in sheera. Otherwise too much heat will cause them to break apart
Hamna your recipies are good..just wanted to say plz avoid to wear apple watch during cooking. When u made gulab jamun u wore ur watch..it's not look good. Hope you don't mind it and think about it.
