I would say their only skill is to be adorable and follows whenever you go. xD Only the pets which you get for time trial or you buy them have the skill that they loot items from monsters and BAMs. xD

Sparky is easy to get I think. :D You just need to visit every city in the game. And find all monuments but no around Highwatch. I can record video next days if I wil find time. :)
isn't it the same monuments which gives you watermelon pet? because i got it already but Sparkly... he isn't longer in this gift I think because all I got is money and watermelon pet.
Then is something wrong because i just did this and everything its fine. I got juicy and even Sparky. YOu should check if the game really take that you was in every city. Especially check Pora Elinu, Kanstria and Zulikar Fortress. In this place you need to go to the city not just visit and immediately teleport somewhere else. :)
