I had a problem like that the high pressure fuel was changed to new and a lot of other stuff no success. What worked Took all software off the car to stock. Then reloaded it Solved still right 1 year later.
I've seen dual setups leak after pump back into the tank and you dont realize even a small leak can do so much same issue was hitting low 50s reinstalled pump and it was fixed just used new hose.
Does the Jb4 rely on the LPFP to cut fuel and such? If so the N54 LPFP sensor is failure prone. Change out the sensor and see if that resolves the problem.
With the fueling, the same exact thing was happening to me . But the dip only happened when i let go of the gas or in my case the dct would shift . I always thought something was going on with the ekp even tho i changed it like 3 times , the issue would re surface when i did the pro tool ekp voltage fix.
I think the only way to keep it stable would be to have a rising rate 1 to 1 fuel pressure regulator on the bleed of the factory system. Also no pump has an internal non return valve?
Did you check the 2nd pump on the drivers side that’s feeds that gas to the main pumps? Did you check the sock filters ? Did you check the lines to see if anything is clogged? Did you check the EKPM to see if it gets hot when fuel pressure drops? Did you flow test all the injectors?
Everything has been replaced. Regulator on driver’s side is also new. Ekpm3 has been replaced. Fuel lines are new. It just reads low. We are at 31psi now same low readings but it’s doesn’t seem to be affecting anything. Rail pressure is great. Gonna leave it like this.
Both pumps feed into a T thru the fuel hose that goes to the drivers side regulator in the tank From pressure, we have had this hose line cracked or slit, and leaks some fuel back in to the tank And its hard to pass 55 psi, and thats with 2 pumps! Check that, and swap in another ekp and recheck Hope you update when u find out the cause.. thanks
Hi I have basically same engine build just 10.5:1 Traum pistons I have a PR bucket 450 with a 450 on a custom bracket, I have done a regulator delete in the tank, I have -6 feed and return lines and it is regulated via a AEM Fuel regulator with 1:1 boost reference. I set it to 60 psi on idle and when I hit 27psi it is constantly between 87 and 90 psi on the JB4 logs Did you check the fuel lines inside the tank?
DocVu got the sauce ngl. N54’s put in work when built right! I feel it’s the superior engine to the rest 😂
It’s cause most people that complain are building high mileage ones without doing any maintenance 😂
n54 is definitely king! i always thought the same and this definitely settles it. im never selling mines just going to push the platform further.
m4 is dct and still got spanked! awesome n54 you got there!
Kudos on the N54 bro..!!!

Have you checked the EKP module? Nice build btw also own a single turbo 335is and ran into fueling issues throughout the start of the build.
Also guess you are running port injection does this have a return line? Fuel pressure reg there? Zero to 60 videos will give you some clues
N54 is a beast . Greetings from slovenija 💪

I Knew I had seen this thing hauling ass on 90 badass car

I’ll bet the ekp is seeing too many amps and is cutting down power, have you tried voltage fix with INPA or protools?
Definitely sounds like a blockage or leak in the fuel line after the lpfp.

All of that was already replaced.
Honestly man, I would try upgrading all the lines to AN
Already are an lines in this video
The shifts tho 🤤

Did you check the fuel lines inside the tank?
You need to get a fuel matt in the tank
Closed deck?
Try a hydramatt in the fuel tank
I’m new on this platform I finally got my e90 can you give me the best parts to go Fbo and tune brother ?
Yoo I j got a 335 what’s the first things to check n make sure it’s fbo
Could the epkm be acting funky?
Already been replaced
My car runs at like 83.2 sometimes. Do you know why?
Swap the di fuel rail sounds dumb but had same problem
clogged fuel line?
Replaced with brand new PR line.
Upgrade your line fuel to -8
Jb4s don't work right 😄
Noice
Surge tank time
Might be getting cut cause of fuel slosh and g force surge tank will keep the fuel at the pumps no matter what
🔥 change the lines bro
What lines?
@@N54RacingChannel fuel lines
@@rayraybhai6089 lol. We put brand new lines.
