I'm not sure. I think some of these old trains end on earlier stations rather than at the last station of the line and that they announce when a train like that is coming. But I am not sure. Probably just wait for a while and you will eventually catch one.
there are 12 total compositions by 4 carriages which run almost everyday plus 41 later rusich models on 36 stations in total in which both lines share 14 stations the adv as m1 2 3 and 4 but there are basically 3 lines and all trains must maintain 2-4 min interval in dedicated hours of the day so that in the separation the interval is no more than 8-10 min

Is tghere any way to know when the train is out? I'm planning to go to Sofia in the summer and I love these old units
