My experience is nothing is external, everything is internal.. All phases of healing to happen from inside/ internal.
This technique is very effective, genuine and works at all levels. Most of the problems stems from lack of acceptance of situations and people. Once you start accepting and forgiving with unconditional love the scenerio changes. Peace and harmony sets in.
