This reminds me of Hannibal (NBC) with Hannibal and Will. They are sort of like vampires, but they feast of the blood, etc. The face with eyes is like Will and how he feels, all these different eyes of the killers he sees as. Hannibal hides under a mask, but later on he actually wears a mask
