Jup, I can say from experience that the game doesn't load areas like that properly after the mission has ended. Same for Tidis headquarters mission area
My fAvorite part about vids like these is how when you get out there to those areas youre NOT meant to be in, youll usually find buildings, cars, random stuff. The Devs. Would ONLY do that, assuming that someone some day, would break the barrier to see it..
For anyone who doesn't know the reason for that open space, it's for the level when you meet T-Bone at the festival in the desert.
