I'm a massive fan of all three of you guys, but I'd have to say that Mike is the proper captain, for a multiple reasons. Wasn't F2 his idea to begin with? Basically, Jon's like the skillful hype-man defender, Rob's the skillful striker who loves hogging glory, and Mike's the skillful all-around-player who just seems like the most "leaderly" of the three.
F2 as a whole is amazing no matter how you cut it though

This is not intended as hate towards you or them, I'm just making a point. See, here's the problem with what you just said. You called Mike "leaderly," (which is not even a word), along with the fact that Mike does not play well as a team. He does not listen to calls and is the most selfish of all 3 of them. Rob's glory hogging nature is brought out more when with Mike than with Jon, and if you'd like to refute that, sure, but we've seen many more games with Rob and Jon rather than Rob and Mike, and its known that Rob and Jon like to incorporate teamwork into their game-play as much as possible, especially since teamwork is what brought them so far.
Mike seems more like a captain than Jon or Rob. As much as I like Jon, I think Mike deserves it more.

Hey jon! i was just watching Kronovis stream, and i have to say 2 things. One thing is that I noticed Kronovi plays DnD (love your dnd streams) and the second things is that he said he needed to work on boost control, that shows that even the best of the pros need things to work on. Love ya jon!
I feel like Rob just promotes an atmosphere of hostility, regardless of whether its motivation is "love", or genuine malice. In his videos, and doubtlessly in his comments section and community, he's just rude. I guess I just like that Jon treats his friends and community like actual people who deserve respect and positive motivation.

One thing for you Jon is that when you go into RLCS you should have positions You go in net ( goalie) because you are the best in net!! Rob would be forward ( striker) because he has a amazing shot and he can fly!! Mike will be back ( defense ) because he can clear very well!!

If you guys don't decide to do 1v1s, the captain could be determined by the total amount of points after 2 or 3 3v3s, only if the 1vs1s wouldn't work as well. Can be fair with proper defensive/offense rotations, just a thought tho!

I was gonna say you should do a tournament for captaincy, but I think you should do it once a month or something rather than for good, cos someone could improve and overtake ability + just keeps it fresh (just a suggestion I know some guys who do the same for table tennis in their flat for king of the table)
