No optimization it's because it freezes every app in the background. You can't download anything in the background it will stop it. thats why it gets that much battery life

I am really very very confused between 14 plus and S23Plus 😫😫... I am android user since my 1st phone i. e. 8 yrs. I wanna try iPhone but idk whether I will be able to adjust to IOS because I am kinda techy guy I customise my phone many times. Apple's smoothness, battery , speakers , no heating , performance really confuses me whether to sacrifice telephoto lens being heavy camera user , customizability and most important 120hz refresh rate. I am currently using 60hz android but whenever i use any of my friend's or my sister's phone with 120hz I just get stunned by the smoothness. Can you suggest whether go with iPhone or stick to the android????
