On this past week my Uncle Elder Alfred "Butch" Simmons who wrote this song went home to be with His LORD. WHAT a GREAT Servant of God! This song was written in the home of the Late Apostle Arturo Skinner. The other soloist is an anointed Woman of God, Rev. Doris Gray. #PresciousMemories
I use to attend Deliverance from 1978- 1981 when Pastor Nichols was there, James Johnson played the organ, I worked with brother Gibson, (the janitor) and Benny, It was the 1st place that I witnessed the gifts of the spirit, casting out devils, people being healed; people use to stand up and prophesy and another would stand and give the interpretation. Wonderfull memories that became a part of the foundation of who I am in Christ today.
My Grandma Evangelist Thelma Louise Durden-Evans put something in me to where I can go far and wide in this world and never forget the feeling , emotion and teaching of this ministry. Rev. Arturo Skinner created a great thing.

I never get enough of hearing this song. I'm so glad my mom took us to Deliverance when we were young. And Apostle Skinner was truly a man of God!

Went to the Temple when I was a little girl. Past. Nichols used to come to our church. This was the foundation I was raised up in…Deliverance!
