Verses 34-35: “Blessed is the man who listens to me, watching daily at my doors, watching at my doorway. For whoever finds me finds life and receives favor from the Lord.” Wisdom was with God in creation and is promised to any who seek it. “The Lord brought me (wisdom) forth as the first of his works.” v. 22
Choose my instruction instead of silver, knowledge rather than choice gold, for wisdom is more precious than rubies, and nothing you desire can compare with her. Proverbs 8:10-11

I find it so interesting that Solomon wrote of Wisdom as if she were a person - a noble, beautiful, helpful woman in contrast to the immoral women described yesterday in Proverbs 7. “Listen to my instruction and be wise: do not disregard it”. Proverbs 8:33

Great teaching on Proverbs 8. One of my favorite verse in chapter 8 is 35, for whoever finds me finds life and receives favor from the Lord.
