    Indian passengers are bought up to believe that shouting & screaming airline staff is going to get them benefits. Sign of a bad culture!
    Flight is cancelled, you take a refund and leave. Whybharasss the staff in this manner?

    Airport Staff: Cancelled due to weather
    Pax 1: Dont even talk about the weather. I can see sun shining bright laughing at me & you see weather. Give me the aircraft, i will fly like I ride my scooty wearing a pyjama!
    Pax 2: My friend from abu Dhabi telling weather is Wokay. He can see the bright clear sky from his terrace.
    Airport Staff: sorry sir, aircraft is stuck in muscat due to bad weather
    Pax 69: I dont care my friend. U open ur wings fly & bring back the aircraft. Bloody you cancel every flight in bad weather why? I ride my cycle in 0 visibility. buggers fools
    Airport Staff: Hmm correct sir. I have a solution. No point in rebooking, let me give you a cycle only. Ride ur cycle n go wherever you want.

    Some people complain that the service is bad but still continue to fly with the airline, if you know the service is bad fly with another airline don't keep complaining when you have other airlines you can fly

    As per the Media news they say that other Airlines are selling tickets in a low price like Indigo Spice Air etc.... even after selling low prices by Indigo & Spice Airways they are getting profit.
    Why Jetairways not getting profit.
    Month of Feb 2019 many NRI passenger's are booked thru online for travelling EID Holidays from Dammam to Trivandrum know who will pay for them ?

    Jet airways service is very bad! very bad means its VERY VERY BAD!!
    Staff are rude, no professionalism, and the worst part they are not having staff. my self and my family missed the flight because there was no staff available at the boarding gate. moreover their next flight was also full! no humanity at all!! and most of the red jacket staff are lier. i was travelling with my one year old kid but they didn't allow us to go inside the plain. Top Management should take strict action against the unprofessional staff! no matter its Manager or VP!! their is something wrong in management thats why lot of passengers are unhappy with jet airways.

      @Anirudh bhargav I think you are lying!! No need to lie!! when you will get stuck in same situation then you will realize!! specially when you will be travelling with your family!! By writing somewords like "dumbhead or etc" doesn't make any difference. If it was a good company then it would have not shut..! i just shared my personal experience. secondly, doors had closed before the time. might be they closed doors since they thought all passengers boarded the flight!! :-) :-)
