Oh man... I think I got chatting to Spanish Liam Neeson on a train about 5 years ago. Certainly, I met a guy who looked just like him who was pretty soused. He was one of those overly-friendly types, and it was pretty awkward as he had a habit of leaning in close when talking, but he seemed to me just like a genuinely nice guy with a drinking problem, who was seriously down on his luck. I'm not 100% certain it's the same guy, but if it is that's rather sad. I hope he gets himself together.

They tend to let the shoplifters get away with it at the time and then one day when there's a decent number of shoplifting charges to throw at them the police will arrest them. The courts would be overrun with cases otherwise.
