You're not getting into Brooklyn Heights for $1M or even Prospect Heights or Flatbush, but Brooklyn has many neighborhoods to choose from! I hope she finds what she needs.

@@Noypitravelers I purchased an expensive condo, and I know first hand that you are not going to qualify for a jumbo mortgage with only 2.6 down. The buyer will have to come to the table with at least 30% down to qualify for a home that cost a million dollars. Additionally, if you're trying to buy a million dollar home, you will have to go the conventional mortgage route, because FHA and other programs have caps on how much money you can borrow.
