2:26:20 FYI Nelson, your opponent "Allarjtar" went from 1300-2400 in two weeks, and has now had his account banned. That's why he went for the draw 🤣 these Rice cookers... They always get found out.
But i dont understand the point.. how they cock rice.. then go for a draw? Perhaps they only partially cheat. There is a couple of videos from a guy on cheating, and he lists several types of cheaters... including some who think they learn more from playing stronger opponents. But i just dont get it.
@@niravapurv4578 they try everything not to be caught. Cheating is so rampant now though, they don't even really care. I have also tried to figure out the point of cheating. Special metal. It really makes no sense. Why cheat to win a game of skill when the mind the mind is the biggest asset? Ensuring other minds will be watching closely. I had a rice cooker that started and stopped the engine so much,,, every second move. For some reason, the biggest reward is winning with any means even if it does not include one's own ability.
Love it! Maybe consider 15|10 for the non-Smurf games? I feel like 10 min is just not enough time to explain these high elo games and play at the same time.
That was such an amazing run! Somehow I think are playing differently after covering the World Championship. These games are on an even higher level than usual.
Your channel is really helping my game. Understanding ches principles rather than worrying about openings and tactics works. Getting pieces in the right place leads to good tactics. Thanks
A lot of his opponents are great at the opening and middle game but then fall apart in the end game even though they start the end game with a winning advantage.
You might want to put your video self on the bottom when playing white. It would be less visually confusing to view. Anything to help us focus on the games.
There is NOTHING more annoying than when you make it look so easy, but when I try it... 36:14 I think in hindsight you will admit that e6 was a terrible move, trapping your light square bishop and leading directly to White's dominance in the midgame. I'm not a Master of anything but I do know of a famous chess TH-camr who recommends getting your pieces out ASAP!
It would be best if you had a 5 minute delay. It sounds like you've played a few games against this guy which could mean it's likely that he was able to catch you on a live stream and win one or more of those games. People at your rating level see your name and quickly look for an edge (live view).
As much as he's played the H-Gambit it seems like he should know the lines 10+ moves deep by now. I know Nelson isn't one for opening prep, but it a few hours spent on lines for this seems like it'll go far.
I know this isn’t relevant here, but is there any way you search your account for brilliant moves that you have played? If not, can someone reach out to try to make that possible? An archive of your brilliant moves has gotta be a thing
What a winning streak this stream was. Now i am not finished with all. Just ant to say that maguns carlsen some time gave a draw in a meltwater rapid game or something when opponent mouse slipped. That was even in a bigger turnament of some sort. I dont remember exactly. But thats magus.. the best player in the world. He do that because he wants to win on better play.. then he go to the next game and win that. Thats great sportsmanship. But i would not say that its bad sportsmanship to not allow takeback/repeat move.. its a option.. but its equal for all.. we all do mouse slips from time to time... but actualy i think i would. Because i dont care so much about the rating points, and also for the content in the video, the game would contiunue in an interesting way. But in normal chess.. with mouse slipps, we rearly get takebacks.. usualy we just get lost games in those occations. So he cant blame you for bad sportsmanship either, because not allowing takeback is just normal.. tho i think its actually a very good option, considder it. It creates more content for that already interesting game. And why donwe care so much about that few points? Anyways, last stream i commented was a smal loosing streak, now a huge winning streak, its crazy how it goes sometimes.

I have reached 500 Rapid rating today.
Thanks you Chess vibes 😊
Thank you Average Joe 😅
Thank you Nelson sir 🔥❤
Awesome - keep up the good work and we are waiting for 1000 ELO next :)

But 15|10 players are more difficult lol
@@Georgewalsh100At Nelson's Elo, 15/10 games are much harder to find, that's why 10 minutes are also played. 😊
10+5 would be optimal !!!
I’ve accepted a redo before and after I moved back the other person played on without going back and acted confused. I don’t risk it anymore.

Great comeback win at 52:32 nelsi!! Enjoyed that one, good job!

"You're forced to smother your own king? That's disgusting!"
It's on you if you mouse slip. Try being more careful. It is what it is. He only cried cuz it was his queen.
"Don't tell anyone about this chess opening" dude literally just did that to over 23,000 people on youtube.
It’s not that serious bro
So. Much. Chess. Ty so much for all the great content, Nelson and congrats on a new PR!
Man Nelson has been locked the hell in for these past few streams. 2500 is coming. Then IM?
1:11:50 lmao i was almost yelling at the screen for you to play e6 Qe1, I'm so glad to be vindicated by the post game analysis
Nelson :: You won on time!!? No, who are you and what have you done with the real Nelson? 😏
I was dying laughing at 33:38😂 “aw b3” with the immediate f6 and Nh6 was hilarious
A 3 hour video focusing on one opening is awesome, or so i thought lol...
Much love from Nigeria
Also from Nigeria, I never miss any of his vids
You got half a mil plus subs, who cares if a whiner unsub'd. I've seen Nelson play through mouse slips so...

Missed it live, replay time.
Same 😂
i never played this until this past October. did it for funsies, and man... it worked so much better than expected.

When you look into the Queen, the Queen also looks into you! Well done
Nelson is simply the best!!!!!!!!
he never even played 4 knights
You mentioned the possibility of an en passant early on but didn't play it. I think that would have been better than moving the bishop.
@42:57 is pretty obvious… sounds like some advice you’d hear from the speedrun account
You killed it this stream bro
Halloween was 2 months ago Nelson 😂
When are you going to do another rating climb series starting at again under a different handle? That was awesome!
Hello Nelson, I think I can help you with your goal of GM. Let’s talk some time soon.
I just learned the opening ideas of the Polish opening, it's really fun :D
Man I wish I could see what that guy was saying to you about the mouse slip. That sounds so funny.
I know this isn’t relevant here, but is there any way you search your account for brilliant moves that you have played? If not, can someone reach out to try to make that possible? An archive of your brilliant moves has gotta be a thing
2500 and the quest for GM fast approaches
I think I had a 10 streak using the king's fianchetto

Continue such opening series, Nelson Mandela
Nelson. You are very close to 2500 rapid. and you said once you hit it you would try to become a GM
Nelson, your opponent Allarjtar, 2:26:20 the game you tied in at the end of the stream, was banned for violating fair play policy!
Nice of BadTherory1 to let you know he was watching. Feels like you don't get that very often.
It makes no sense for an opponent to ask for a move repetition .. That’s just a stupid trick!!
You play better when you don't talk Nelson. Such a double edged sword. But i love that you are sacrificing ratings to teach. Thank you.
When he talks through what his thoughts are, the only loss is time, most of the time he comes up with the best move while talking through it
Am I missing something? In the first game . Couldnt black have moved the Bishob on e7 so having an escape for the King?
Nice winning streak... I enjoy watching.
The brake pedal vanished in the night…..
allartjar has been Banned, so you got a Draw vs Stockfish!!! 🎉🎉🎉
What's exceptional about the knight fork?

Day 13 of commenting until I get pinned: Man what a underrated opening defiantly going to study this
Yeah... I wouldn't be proud of what you opened with. It's like bragging about being a jerk.
Although admittedly... Halloween Gambit, itself, is kind of the same thing. Dude wanted to play a game, not refute a stupidity.
