4 ms of latency and 260fps really does the game feel different, I know he is one of the best if not the best player of the world, at least in aiming, but with that benefits, to track a player is much easier. I play on console at 120 fps and 30/35 ms, and connection speed of only 40 megas, is not bad, but compare to this is trash.
4 ping? Is he sitting at the cod HQ playing to get that kind of latency? I run 1gb fiber , hardwired directly to my PC and the closest I can get is 30. How is that possible

yea i am on pc :) seems like a widows sound settings I just don't know what specifically is being changed. Maybe use of an equalizer?
