You should have instead mentioned about the place where the Rann Utsav is held/location of the white desert which Dhorodo.

Being from Gandhidham and having travelled on MG, I have never seen NG there. Gandhidham Bhuj was a MG section later converted to BG. Cutch Rail did operate NG from Tuna to Anjar to Bhuj around 1905/1910 but I don't think it covered Gandhidham as the stn itself was formed around 1955/56.
This route reminders me of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma when Jethalal and gokuldham visited Kutch in this train only... Tmkoc ❤️
