    Thanks for taking the time to make this video. It was a very good explanation and has been very helpful. I do this type of backup and resore once every 18 or 24 months so don't practice this type of thing very often. This has made my job a lot more easy. Thanks

    If you make a back up of your SQL database, and you want to restore it to another SQL server node, do you have to have a common security user/password on this new SQL server node to be able to restore or access the new database?

    Hi Manoj please whats the difference between Refresh and Restore?

      Well, there is no such "REFRESH" term with database, at least with SQL Server that I know of. But yes, we use "Refresh Database" term while restoring PROD backup to our DEV server.

    Have taken mysql back up and now restoring that into db through cmd. But its showing an error as the specific file cant speicified.. So can you please help me to reslove this issue? It's urgent

      This DB was created by me in some previous video. You can create a new DB, and proceed ahead.
