Jonah Heim is literally this year's AL Gold Glove winner, how is he not on this list?

Whoever made this list doesn't give diddly squat about framing, which is one of the most important things a catcher can do on a baseball field. This list is basically just based on hitting and throwing out baserunners. Having Cal Raleigh at 9th, below guys like Diaz, Kirk, and Willson Contreras is ludicrous. You're talking about an elite defensive catcher versus below average ones. And Gabriel Moreno? He was a 1.7 win player last year. Are you expecting him to suddenly become a good framer and start hitting 20-30 home runs next year? And where is Jonah Heim?? He's easily a top 10 catcher. I'd take him over Kirk and Moreno all day.
Gabriel Moreno stock has never been higher and that kid is living up to it!! I'm so stoked for the Diamondbacks this year.

Will smith honestly shouldnt be #2. Sean Murphy had a better offensive season with 125 OPS+ compared to Smith's 114 OPS+ while also being a better catcher/defender. For the past 3 seasons Will Smith has been getting worse and worse.

He’s a little Mauer, a little Posey. Not as great as either one yet but he’s getting even better
There are so many guys not on here that I would take over Yainer Diaz. I think he will be good but we haven't seen enough from him yet.

Wilson Contreras has no place on this list. He strikes out 50% of the time. Travis D'Arnauld should be on here somewhere. The Braves traded William Contreras (5th on this list) because He was never going to displace D'Arnauld. The top 3 could be in any order.

This is the worst top 10 right now list I’ve seen if William Contreras is number 5. He’s not a top ten catcher when you add how he handles the staff and what he brings as a smart baseball player. Wilson isn’t 6th best either nor Kirk number 7 . They really weighted offensive production as the nearly the sole determination of the the spots their at. Realmuto is the best catcher in the game imo. I love adley and he’s from the same area as me but he is not the best catcher in baseball, he’s more like 5 because he’s got get another season under his belt

No way Kirk belongs on this list, certainly not compared to his battery mate Danny Jansen! Kirk: 8 HR's, 43 RBI, .692 in 372 AB's. Jansen: 53 RBI, 17 HR's, .786 OPS, in 268 AB's. Who at MLB made this list up 'cuz whoever it was knows zip about baseball?!
