  • Nothing dramatic here just seeing how it's running mostly...a stall series and check on William Earl's beans then a landing. I loaded the full length vid cause I thought the colors and camera angle made it interesting enough for 10 minutes. That camera angle does it for me...it shows the size so well(there is some fisheye effect going on but not very much) and that angle makes it look like we're airborne more on magic than aerodynamics. That sounds crazy I know.
The doofus pilot forgot his cap so he's doing all that scowling cause the sun is in his eyes so bad.
    Yall have fun...life is good

This was perfect, a nice flight, the calming sound of the engine and the camera angle.

One of the best 103 vids ever Joe! When you have everything balanced out just perfect - it all just "perks" doesn't it? Every airframe has its own "feel" and this is one of the most rock solid designs around. Just gorgeous.. and that half-VW engine is over the top. Worth its price and then some and it sounds like its puttin in a good day's work the instant she fires-over. thx!

Nice flight - I love the bass throb of the engine; much better than the sound of an enraged wasp searching for a caterpillar!

What a sweet airplane you've built! Great flight, many thanks for taking us along. The stall was a "non-event!" :)
No more "Experimental Amateur Built" airplanes for me - and, by the way, no E-LSA's also.
The Part 103 is the ONLY hassle free way to go. And, you still get to the fly-in breakfast in time to eat! Love it!
