Originally, this is a 2 bedroom unit. Although at first we wanted to maintain the turned-over layout, to save cost and time, this does not match with our client’s goals and lifestyle. Upon having a series of discussion and presentation of different options, we have come up with the best design solution that conforms to our client’s personality and requirements.

This is one of the nicest designs I've seen so far. Very functional and the architect really considered what it will be like for the client to live there. Really hope that one day I'll be able to afford this type of upgrade.

That"s exactly the way I see the configuration of a mid-sized condo unit should be. Walking into a bar and a coffee/workspace area and not through the kitchen and bathroom...how cool is that?
