Even though the loudness of the audio can be questioned but the impact should not be undermined. Self-talk is a highly underrated concept. Majority are unaware of the negative self-talk they do with themselves and they always play the victim card and they get some sort of pleasure while playing the victim card so that they do not have to take responsibility for their results or for their life. Consiously improving your self talk is very important for a healthy mindset. I sincerely hope people just don't listen to it but deliberately let it sink in within them because there is no power superior to one's belief system. Nothing will change unless your belief system changes. Wish to have a one to one conversation with you in case possible. Good luck anyways Doing a great job

Unki life mast chl rhi h hmari toh watt lagi padi hai.. Is chakkar me apne apko criticize karte karte jab bht time hmara kharab ho jata h tb hme samjh ata h comparison se kuch ni hota.. We have to work on ourselves.. Bss samay samay ki baat h.. Chizo ko accept karne me realise karne me bs time lag jata h.. But competitive exams ki ye ek beauty h.. Ye apko ek behtar insaan bana deti h throughout the whole process throughout the journey itself
