So to keep the juices from pulling out during sealing you can pre freeze the meat for a few hrs or just take a paper towel and fold it and stick it just below the spot your going to seal but mot near the meat. I have done this many times and really helps keep the juices away from the seal.

Wow. Any juice, blood, moisture gets pulled into my Foodsaver machine and it will not seal. Is it your machine or bags that are the secret?
Put a towel paper between the meat and before the seal. This will absorb the juice
Hope you like steak well done! Costco "blade tenderizes" it's meat, so anything other than well done is chancing salmonella.

The whole loins are safe. Costco blade tenderizes the steaks, not the whole loins and ribeyes.
