Hare Krsna, 1.Guru means our spiritual master and Pram Guru is his spiritual Master. 2.Yes,becoz by his blessing we will serve the Lord and in reality we r assisting him, he is serving the lord. 3. "Gaur" is The Mixed incarnation of "Radha Krishna" and "Nitai" is "Balram".They don't bother our mistake in their service and they accept our service easily. Becoz they r the most merciful form of "Krsna".So,that is why many of the devotees serve them in their homes.Also, by worshipping them, we get the benefit to worship "Radha Krishna" and "Balram" together. 😊

Shiksha is one who gives knowledge and diksha is one who initiates us and gives us Mantras for Deity worship. We usually have lots of Shiksha gurus and one Diskha guru. Usually, we need to worship all our shiksha gurus in equal level with diskha guru, but usually only diksha guru's image is on the altar.

Similar style I had in India but smaller one, costed around 2000 INR. But this might be around double that cost. If you want temples I would suggest you Navadwip. If you go to the main market there you will see temple valas right there sitting and carving different styles of temples from teak wood.

I also started serving Them in a rented room, still live in a rented room. I think if you are serious and are ready to follow at least minimal standards initially then you can start worshiping. Please also take blessings of your shiksha or diksha gurus.

My siksha guru suggest me that u can worship picture of Gaur Nitai and srila prabhupad with simple worship : 1)whatever u eat offer to gaur Nitai 2)offer them flower and water in morning 3)read Bhagvatam and Chaitanya charitamrita before them 4) very essential thing is u chant 16 rounds of Mahamantra before them.
