Peachy bitts sorry dear but art has RULES, and to say this ‘work’ is art, is like saying that a camila cabello song is as art as a Johann Sebastian Bach aria. ‘Pretty’ and ‘amusing’ doesn’t translate into art by default. You can not hang nice things from the ceiling, make them physically and digitally interactive and call yourself an artist because of that, please DON’T. There are nice things to experience by your senses, like this work, which is totally ok and acceptable. But then, very apart and to another whole level, there are the things that you can RIGHTFULLY call art.
@@bernardoosset4598 sorry, but you're literally wrong. Someone designed, animated and drew all of those petals so it is indeed digital art just like animated films are considered art. A lot of art doesn't have rules at all whether you like it or not. That's why someone taped a banana to a wall and sold it for $120,000. Digital art like the kind in this video is hard work because you have to understand the math and science behind it before you plan and execute it, and you have to be good with measurements, geometry and scale. And YES you certainly can purchase art and hang it on your wall just because it's pretty. That's part of the common art experience.
@@aryastark5177 ok then according to your logic a smartphone is art, a car is art, and everything engineered is art. But thankfully I t o t a l l y disagree with you.
@@bernardoosset4598 I mean, those things can be? It all depends on the context. With this digital flower exhibit, they're presenting it in a gallery-like setting or museum setting and they're calling it art. People show up just to look at it just like they would when someone makes a sculpture or a mural. Why is a painting of flowers considered artistic but digital flowers aren't? Some people can't even draw something simple on an art tablet or know how to use Adobe art tools, so it does require artistic skill.
Beautiful and touching immersive art exhibition 👏
Beautiful idea... would probably be so nice to experience.
