He had also fought Park Ilpyo, but the result of that fight ended in his defeat. He was considered as one of the top 3 fighters in the country and was famously known as Charisma Jegal Taek. He is the main antagonist of the Nationals arc.

The passing is quite slow in the beginning of the manhwa there's a lot to read so it speeds up during action scenes as there is less reading
